Hooray for Tuesday Muse-Day! Today's inspiration hails from Elyria, Ohio, the lovely Laura T., of Satisfying Sweets!
I was aimlessly browsing online the other day, and came across this absolutely adorable photo on Satisfying Sweets' Facebook page...
Honestly, my first reaction was... "Holy cow, those are the cutest candles I've ever seen!" But upon closer inspection, I realized they weren't candles... even better... cupcakes in a jar!
Growing up in Lancaster, PA, I've seen my fair share of various foods in mason jars. My grandmother made some of THE BEST jellies and pickles on the planet (not in the same jar of course, lol). But wow, nothing so cute and yummy-looking as these crafty creations!
What a neat idea! You could totally dress these up with labels and ribbon for any kind of event, such as bridal or baby showers, birthday parties or even a "Thank You" or "Get Well" gift.
Laura's talents are not limited to cupcakes, no way José! Check out her website, Satisfying Sweets, to see her cake pops, cupcake bites, brownies, cut-out cookies... and more!
xoxo,
Kim
When I made these for a baby shower the ladies went crazy.....I love that!
